The city parks in Sevilla are the most beautiful in the entire Spain. These parks and gardens provide calming and quiet moments. Local people in Sevilla usually go to the parks during the siesta time and have some relaxing time. Tourists can find a large variety of parks and gardens, ranging from the biggest to the smallest. There are public and private gardens in the area that were formed as a part of the urban environmental improvement of the city.

These gardens and parks are really popular in Sevilla because of their spectacular sceneries, lush green shade trees and colorful flowers and they have served as an inspiration for many writers and painters. In addition, every single garden in Sevilla has a particular historic background because plenty of statues and archeological items are found in these places.
